1. PROCESSING & HANDLING
All orders are automatically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINES (UNITED STATES)
We utilize premium domestic shipping lines to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly. 
• Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days from the shipment date.
• Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer complimentary tracked shipping on all premium collections. Shipping parameters will be fully updated at checkout.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, AMWA ships exclusively within the United States. We plan to expand shipping availability to select international regions in future phases — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this launches

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an automated tracking email containing a direct link to monitor your delivery in real-time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to populate.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your package arrives physically damaged, please contact our support desk immediately at support@shopamwa.com,  store.amwa@gmail.com.
